How much do you charge for shipping?

We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world*
*with some exceptions

Will I be charged any shipping, customs or duties fees?

No, the price you see is the price you pay – you won’t be charged any extra fees on behalf of “Heads 2 Tails.”

Orders received from outside Australia may be subject to customs tariffs, depending on your local authorities. These funds flow exclusively to your local government, leaving “Heads 2 Tails” out of the loop entirely. This means that we neither profit nor are responsible for the payment of any fees arising from the purchase of our products.

When will you ship my order?

If you order an in-stock item, we’ll ship it within 2 business days. But in busy season it takes upto 5 business days. (i.e,. Christmas, New Year, Easter, Black Friday, Thanks Giving or Any other Sale Days etc,.)

We will notify you via e-mail once your order has been shipped.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Without knowing the exact specifics of your location and the products you ordered, it’s difficult to say. We want you and your order to be together as soon as possible, though, so we make every effort to ensure this happens. Our shipping policy goes into more detail on this!

Orders are shipped by EMS/ E-Packet from China or USPS from USA. Typically, delivery takes 5-20 working days after dispatch, but it may take longer due to factors beyond our control.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, You will receive your tracking information via e-mail within 3-5 working days as soon as your order is shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of the order placed. We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.
